1. General
These General Terms and Conditions of Use apply to every use of the www.geproma.be website and all its sub-sites (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as any other service offered by Geproma SA with its operating address at 1180 Brussels, avenue Hamoir, 12-14 (hereinafter referred to as “We”), bearing company number BE 0448 185 233, owner and manager of the Website.
The term “Service” as used in these Terms and Conditions refers to all visits to and/or use of the Website, as well as any other services that We offer on or via the Website. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”).
These GTC may be amended or revised at any time. The modified or revised GTC are applicable as soon as they are published on the Website. Geproma reserves the right to modify or discontinue, at any time, temporarily or permanently, (part of) the Service, with or without prior notice.
2. Legal information
Geproma SA, an IPI-approved estate agency (Belgium - no. 105 074) with its registered office at Avenue Hamoir 12-14, 1180 Brussels. Company number: BE 0448 185 233 (Brussels RPM).
As an estate agent, Geproma is subject to the supervision of the IPI (Institut professionnel des Agents Immobiliers), established at rue du Luxembourg 16b, 1000 Brussels, and must comply with the code of ethics governing the profession of estate agent.
3. Use of the Service
You must be aged 18 or over to use the Service. Minors wishing to use the Service must be accompanied by at least one of their parents. If a minor uses the Service without parental supervision, Our liability is in no way engaged.
Users use the Service at their own risk. The Service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.
As a user of the Service, you declare that you understand and accept the following prohibitions:
It is forbidden to collect and/or use users' usernames, passwords, e-mail addresses or other personal data for any purpose whatsoever.
The use of ‘metatags’ is prohibited without the express prior written consent of Geproma.

Processing of personal data

We comply with legislation on the processing of personal data. Personal data is stored in Geproma's central database in order to carry out the tasks entrusted to it.
On written request to Geproma, Avenue Hamoir, 12-14 bte 14, 1180 Brussels, the user may, after having provided proof of identity (copy of identity card), inspect this data and have it amended and/or deleted if it proves to be incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant (law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, amended by the law of 11 December 1998).
Geproma may be required to disclose the user's personal data at the request of a legal authority or in good faith in the belief that such action is required to comply with any applicable law or regulation. This would also be the case in the event of legal proceedings brought against Geproma and/or the Website to protect or defend the rights or property of Geproma, the Website or the users of Geproma.
Geproma may need to disclose such data to intervene, in extreme circumstances, to protect the personal safety of Geproma and/or Website users or the public.
4. Copyright and other intellectual property rights
The texts, drawings, photos, videos, images, data, databases, software, names, trade and domain names, trademarks, logos and other elements of the Service are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Geproma or third parties.
All collections of data in the Service fall under the legal protection of databases, both in terms of structure and content.
Geproma hereby grants each user of the Service a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, revocable at any time without cause, to access, display and (if necessary) download the content of the Website for the sole purpose of viewing the content.
Reproduction of the content is only authorised under the following conditions: The user may print a copy of the content of the Service, solely for his or her own personal use, provided that he or she does not alter the content of the Website in any way and that he or she retains all mentions of authorship and origin of the Website.

Geproma intends to respect intellectual property rights at all times. The holders of these rights may inform Geproma at any time if they consider that Geproma itself or a user of the Geproma Service is ignoring their rights. 5. Limitation of liability
You agree and represent that Geproma cannot and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, loss of data or other intangible losses, arising out of:
Breakdowns, interruptions or errors in the provision of electronic services, services or information obtained via the Service;
Error and/or negligence on the part of Geproma's employees and/or agents, except in the case of possible ethical liability in the event of a breach of the ethical rules of the Professional Institute of Estate Agents;

6. Other Terms and Conditions
Geproma's failure to enforce any right or provision (arising from) these GTC shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
If one or more aspects of these GTC are (or appear to be) wholly or partially unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
In the event of a conflict between these GTC and any special conditions applicable to certain services provided by Geproma, whether or not via the Service, the special conditions will apply.
These GTC are governed by Belgian law. The parties agree that, in the event of any dispute relating to the Service (including these GTC), the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
